Very bad service. Lady was following me around everywhere and felt pressured. Everything was so much more expensive than other shops. Would not recommend.

If you are black be prepared to be followed. When my friend and I went into the store, the lady that greeted us asked if we needed help and proceeded to follow us along with other employees.

Didn’t expect such a bad experience from sephora, first they misplace the price tags and while we explain it to them the security gets ready to pull us out! If you only speak English I’d recommend to stay away from this place. Also they don’t even have all the brands and products in US, so not even worth it!

Horrible experience, came with a group from our hotel. There were about 3 ladies and one male staff member who were following all of us around and making us very uncomfortable. One person in my group was forced to buy a product for opening up an small unsealed lipstick box and was threatened with police intervention. This would never happen in the US.

Would advise not to bother visiting. I came tonight, on vacation from the UK. I always visit Sephora in the US- I love the stores. However this store made me feel really uncomfortable. The male staff member and female who follow you round every single aisle of the store. I was asked x3 if I needed help to which I explained I was just browsing. The staff signaling to each other to watch you. Instead of feeling welcome I was treated like a shop lifter! I completely understand if shoplifting is an issue here. But in the US stores you are welcomed and they dont treat every customer like that. The US Sephoras I've been in are not like this at all. I think a US Sephora manager needs to come into the store and sort this mess out. As I'm assuming it's a management issue. Really dissapointed as I'd regularly look to spend a few hundred in the store. When there is more staff than customers thats a red flag! Very intimidating.
